I've stayed in top class hotels all over the world and Vijitt is definitely the best. The staff were just amazing, the setting is beautiful, lovely villas, good food and the freindliest service. Can't fault Vijitt on anything

My husband and I stayed in The Vijitt for our honeymoon in Thailand. The resort is very nice, the bungalows are amazing. We upgraded to a sea view villa for privacy, and I was completely worth it. The bathroom is amazing, and the bathtub is really just huge!

The food at the hotel I found that is not the best around, nor the beach. Breakfast was abundant, but not as good as they were in other hotels we visited in Thailand. But we rented a scooter for the length of our stay and didn't have to worry about the shuttle to Nai Han beach or any other. If you are not the adventurous type you'll love this resort; or if you are traveling with children.

We found it was a little far away from the best beaches, (which are public anyhow). However, at the end of the day when you want to unwind, have some privacy and enjoy your room, this hotel is perfect. We did stay one night in Patong though; Patong night life is something you need to experience in Phuket.

OK, I admit it, I got it wrong, we stayed in The Vijitt for 3 days than moved to Patong for a further 7 days, My error: I should have booked the Vijitt for 7 days & 3 in Patong.

The staff where always helpful, the room an oasis of calm & plenty of choice in the restaurants.(We had some of the best Yellow chicken curry in the Thai restaurant)

A great pool and a lovely beach to stroll along (best when the tide is in).
We would definitely stay here again, maybe next time on a longer trip, we would rent a car as the hotel is a little out of the way.

If you seek a reasonably priced tranquil escape from it all look no further than the Vijitt. The resort is exceptionally well landscaped and the villas are extremely elegant and tastefully designed.

The staff are friendly, show great initiative, and strike a perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. To highlight any negatives in this context would be pedantic.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and wanted to stay longer. We stayed in the luxurious Vijitt Villa, beachfront which had uninterrupted views of the water. Amazing pool, there were quite a few guests but it never felt crowded and there was always good service. Whether as a couple or with young children (they have an outstanding kids club!) I would highly recommend Vijitt for a relaxing and romantic stay. We had dinner for two under the stars in front of our villa.

A very nice resort on the calmer side of Phuket. The beach is also nice but due to the tide it's a bit of a struggle to swim at times. The bungalows are very nice and the whole resort as a whole is very nice with spa, gym, splendid pool, nice restaurant & bar etc.

We had a wonderful week in the Vijitt, and hope very much to visit it again. It ranks as one of the very best hotels we have stayed in; we had stayed in another highly-ranked and better known hotel in Phuket, but the Vijitt was much better). The villa we stayed in was attractive, stylish, spacious and comfortable; the service was excellent (there was no member of the staff who was anything other than courteous, friendly and helpful); the undulating and nicely vegetated hotel grounds were pleasant to wander in (and although our villa was at the top of the resort, we never needed a buggy); and the amenities were all very good (we especially enjoyed the long and large (infinity) swimming pool for swimming lengths); and the quality of the food in both of the restaurants was very high (and the ambience in the old house in which one was located was fine).

We enjoyed a memorable and extremely relaxed holiday; my wife recovered from her unpleasant ordeal escaping from the UK weather and the delays at a snowed-in Heathrow before Christmas 2010 in no time, thanks to the wonderfully relaxing environment of the Vijitt. (It's not cheap, but it's well worth it.)
